ABOUT MY BLOG

One day, as the legend goes, often narrated by Pierre Rabi, a vast forest fire raged. The terrified and dismayed animals watched helplessly as the disaster unfolded. Only the little Colibri remained active, diligently fetching a few drops of water with its beak to throw onto the fire. After a while, the armadillo, annoyed by what seemed like a futile effort, asked, 'Colibri! Are you crazy? You won't put out the fire with those drops of water!'

To which the Colibri calmly replied, 'I know that, but I'm doing my part.'

I take immense pleasure in humbly 'doing my part' by sharing my daily experiences, interests, and thoughts on my inner journey making changes first in my own brain and soul before pretending to make any bigger changes outside. I hope my journey will mirror, even if just a bit, the tortuous path to more sustainable changes in the outside world. I'm excited to embark on this path with you my fellow readers, the 'Midnight Travelers.'
